Can I get support while on site?

A: Yes. BTX is available for on site tech support, troubleshooting or product information Mon-Fri, 8-5 CST. Please contact us at 800-422-8839.

Are the limits on the systems preset or do they have to be set during installation?

A: All limits are preset before leaving the factory. Some adjustments may need to be made once installed. All BTX motors have internal limit switches that are adjustable in the field.

Can drapery units be adjusted and changed on site if necessary?

A: Yes, Drapery systems can be adjusted and reworked on-site with the proper tools.
