A valuable addition to the BTX® Sofia® program, the Sofia Elite Xcel drapery system opens a new era in drapery automation. Created for ease-of-use and installation, the plug and play Sofia Elite Xcel requires no control wires. The built-in radio receiver and electronic processor accepts low-voltage switching signals for remote, switch and network control capabilities. This drapery automation system plugs directly into a standard grounded electrical outlet.
The architectural headrail ensures a clean aesthetic look combined with a compact profile. The structural channel design of the Sofia headrail distinguishes this system from most DC driven lightrail drapery systems recently introduced in the market. It ensures increased load carrying capacity and the ability to provide highly accurate curves.
Sofia Elite Xcel motors were designed to form an integral part of the architectural headrail, attaching by means of a quick-locking bayonet system. They are ideal for safe installation and easy detachment in the unlikely event of required service (Sofia motors are virtually maintenance-free).
